Material: We are using 100% virgin polypropylene imported from Exxon as raw material

Basic weight: 12-100gsm.

Color: Many colors are available. White and blue are most popular based on the application of nonwoven.

Width: The full width available is 240cm/320cm and we can cut the roll into the designated roll width based on the customers' requirements.

Water absorbent PP spunbond nonwoven fabrics can absorb water 7 times their weight.

They are widely used in the hygiene and medical products, such as

1. top sheet of diaper, napkin and underpad (absorbent sheet)

2. medical consumable as drapes.

We have 9 nonwoven production lines in total, including (6) PP spunbonded nonwoven production lines, (1) SMS production line, (1) SMMMS production line and (1) SSS production line. Total annual output of nonwoven is over 40,000 metric tons.
